I finally got around to this story by doing it for NaNoWriMo 2014. I wrote out 51164 words during that month.

Determined to make her trip memorable, H.R.H. Princess Dani of Taeonis, was constantly demanding the escorts change their path from west to east, and east to west, every few hours. A trip that was meant to take but a week was stretching on. His Majesty the King Orazio of Taeonis was becoming worried and sent a small squad of knights accompanied by several esquires to find his beloved daughter. Although the war with the Vrans Kingdom was long over, the King remained suspicious of the Uuenci seeking to gain ground of his kingdom.
Upon being found by the squad, but not ready to return from her adventure on the coast, H.R.H. insisted

Since long ago, the goddess of Glados has been one of the oldest gods known of: Hydros. She is the single tutelary goddess, guardian of the primordial waters that birthed forth time and compulsion to our world. Her shrines are not far and few between, with several larger churches established in the bigger cities. Both the northern kingdom, Taeonis, and the southern, Uuenci, revere her with the same kind of regard and respect. She is prayed to for longevity of life, stability of peace between the kingdoms and overall stability of the continent as a whole.

Hundreds of years after the threat of the Vrans Kingdom lingering invasion upon the north-west of Glados, His Majesty the King Orazio of Taeonis ordered a young genius scientist who was at the head of the robotics program of Agni`tal's very own academy to begin making robots to further the human experience aimed at future luxury. A treaty was signed so that any materials he'd need as his plans progressed that would need to be supplied by Uuenci, would be paid for by the Crown.
When the youth began, he focused mostly on helper robots- designed to be basic companions. As he aged and progressed in his abilities, the boy realized that

When King Derek Lucus passed, he left a young son whom many thought was too reckless and immature to rule the kingdom effectively. As such, the Lord Knights and the Lords of the kingdom gathered together and signed a treaty that effectively cut His Royal Highness, Prince Ricardo, from any action that could be related to his born duty. Later, a proclamation came out insinuating that H.R.H. was unfit for his royal duties. As it stood, Prince Ricardo was dethroned before he came of age to rule as the King.

Although not joining the Knights Charter, Sky Ricardo agreed to help the Lord Knight Darin should the need ever arise. The exiled prince traveled between Lake Euclid and Lake Edda for several weeks, fostering relationships with the L.K. Darin in the east, and L.K. Crescenzo to the west.
While helping L.K. Crescenzo deal with some violent boar around the docks of L. Euclid in the southern region of the Nis Swamp, a letter arrived addressed to Ricardo. It was directions to Escot Village, a mysterious village with far and few contacts north of the swamp. L.K. Darin was pleading with the prince to bring back the mysterious Nightingale

In this particular story, there is a kingdom that has recently been going through inner turmoil and strife. Civil wars in the villages surrounding the castle has been commonplace to such an extent that one might make a fair living as a infantryman working for one of the warring lords.
